This operation is the principal business of the Company. It has developed ability to benefit from the growth in the capital market and subsequent opportunities for successfully employing Company's assets in lucrative trading which has resulted in handsome increases in the portfolio.

Venture Capital

The Company identifies financial needs for expansion and new projects of the Group Companies and also arranges the required capital. The Company also invests in new ventures on short and long term basis.

Fund Management

The Company has, over four decades, developed the expertise of Fund Management and is prudent investor in managing it's resources in real estate and other diversified portfolios.

Real Estate

The Company buys and sells properties keeping in view the location and their long-term capital appreciation. So far, the Company has transacted both commercial and residental properties in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad.

Warehouses

Shirazi Investments (Pvt) Ltd. owns and manages godowns in Karachi and Sheikhupura and offers warehousing facilities to the corporate sector. In keeping with the Atlas philosophy, the warehouses are of the highest quality and professionally maintained with extensive facilities.

Iftikhar H. Shirazi

Chairman

Mr. Iftikhar H. Shirazi graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Notre Dame De Namur University (formerly College of Notre Dame), USA., and completed his OPM from Harvard Business School, USA. He has over 30 years of corporate management experience, more particularly in the financial and trading sectors. To his credit, he has work experience at the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi, Yamaichi Securities, and Toyota Tsusho Corporation.

He is currently Chairman of Shirazi Investments (Private) Limited, Atlas Asset Management Limited, Atlas Insurance Limited, Shirazi Trading Company (Private) Limited, Atlas Real Estate (Private) Limited, Atlas Foundation, Atlas Vocational Training Institute, and Atlas Information Technology Resource Centre. He is also a member of the SAARC Chamber of Commerce & Industry, the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FPCCI), and the Karachi Chamber of Commerce & Industry (KCCI). He is also serving on the Board of the Forman Christian College, Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Science and Technology, and British Overseas School Association. He was also a member of the Aga Khan Resource Development Committee and FPCCI Executive Committee. He has also served the Management Association of Pakistan as their Vice President.

He also enjoys membership in several other prestigious associations, including Harvard Club of New York and Pakistan, Young Presidents Organization, Aitchison College Old Boys Association, Government College of Commerce & Economics Old Students Association, and English Speaking Union. He was also President of the International Club, Notre Dame De Namur University (formerly College of Notre Dame), USA.

Saquib H. Shirazi

Director

Mr. Saquib Shirazi is the President & Chief Executive Officer of Atlas Honda. He is also the Senior Advisor and Director on the Board of Honda Atlas Cars Pakistan Limited.

In the past, he has served as Chairman, Pakistan Business Council (PBC), Chairman, Pakistan Auto Manufacturers’ Association (PAMA) and also served on the Board of Harvard Business School’s Global Alumni. Currently, he is an advisor to British International Investment (BII), National School of Public Policy (NSPP) and a member of the Prime Minister’s Economic Advisory Council.

He is a graduate of the Wharton School of Finance, University of Pennsylvania and also holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Harvard Business School.

Aamir H. Shirazi

Director

Mr. Aamir H. Shirazi is the President of Atlas Group. He graduated from the Claremont Mckenna College and attended the OPM from the Harvard Business School. He has over 37 years of corporate management experience. He has to his credit, work experience in Honda America. Besides working at various positions in Atlas Group, he has also served as the Chief Executive of Atlas Honda Limited for eleven years.

He is currently Chairman of Honda Atlas Cars, Atlas Honda, Atlas Battery and Atlas Engineering. He serves on the Boards of Shirazi Investments (Group Holding Company), Shirazi Trading, Murree Brewery Company Limited and Tri-Pack Films Limited.

He is a member of the Board of Governors of Lahore University of Management Science and member Syndicate, University of Engineering & Technology, Lahore. He was appointed as a Professional Director on the Board of Lahore Stock Exchange for two consecutive terms by the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan.

He has been serving the Honorary Consul General of Japan in Lahore, since 2002 and is the Patron-in-Chief of Pakistan Japan Cultural Association, Lahore.

Ali H. Shirazi

Director

Mr. Ali H. Shirazi is Atlas Group Director Financial Services and President / Chief Executive of Atlas Battery Limited. He serves on the Board of Atlas Asset Management Limited, Atlas Insurance Limited, Cherat Packaging Limited, Pakistan Cables Limited, National Foods Limited and Pakistan Society for Training and Development. Previously, he has also served on the Board of National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited (NCCPL).

He is graduated with a BA from Yale University, USA. in 2000 and thereafter completed his Masters in Law from Bristol University, UK. in 2005. He is a ‘Certified Director’ from the Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance and in 2018 completed the Owner / President Management Program (OPM) from Harvard Business School.

Frahim Ali Khan

Director

Mr. Frahim Ali Khan is a Law graduate from Karachi University. He has also attended Senior Managers’ Program at Harvard University, USA, Financial Management Program at Stanford University, USA, and the Board of Director’s Program at Insead University, France.

He has over 55 years of experience in General Management, Finance, Investment and Taxation. He joined the Atlas Group in 1967 and has served in different positions. Currently, his directorships include Atlas Asset Management Limited, Atlas Power Limited, Atlas Solar Limited, Atlas Energy Limited, Atlas Insurance Limited, Shirazi Investments (Private) Limited, Atlas Engineering (Private) Limited, Atlas Metals (Private) Limited, Shirazi Trading Company (Private) Limited, Atlas Real Estate (Private) Limited, Atlas Foundation, and Atlas Vocational Training Institute.

Earlier, he has also served on the Boards of Atlas Honda Limited, Atlas Battery Limited, and Atlas Bank Limited (former), and has been CEO of Shirazi Investments (Private) Limited, Shirazi Trading Company (Private) Limited, Atlas Asset Management Limited and Atlas Investment Bank Limited (former).

Noorullah R. Hassan

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Noorullah is the Chief Executive Officer of Shirazi Investments (Private) Limited (SIL). He also serves as Director and Chief Executive Officer on the Board of Atl as Foundation, and Atl as Vocational Training Institute. He brings over 30 years of management experience within the Atlas Group and beyond. He earned his Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1987 from the University of Karachi, Pakistan. In 1990, he passed the examinations of the Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of Pakistan (ICMAP), followed by the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), UK, in 1992.

He also completed the Program for Management Development (PMD) at Harvard Business School , USA, in 2001. In February 1992, Mr. Noorullah joined Atlas Honda Limited as Manager Cost before transitioning to the holding company, SIL, in January 1995. Prior to his tenure with Atlas, he gained experience at Adamjee Insurance, Apollo Textile Mills, and several other organizations. Additionally, he has served as a director of Aga Khan Planning & Building Services and as a trustee of Ismail ia Charitable Trust.
